CJC-1295 is a synthetic variant of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) with modification in the first 29 amino acids of the peptide chain. It binds to GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland that triggers the release of growth hormone. It is banned by World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) as it can enhance muscle strength and performance.
CJC-1295 is comprised of 29 amino acids. It was first developed by a Canadian company called ConjuChem Technologies in the mid-2000s in order to address the short half-life of injectable growth hormone. CJC-1295 has a longer half-life than its parent compound, which makes it a subject of interest for researchers. On our website, CJC-1295 no DAC for sale is available for educational and research institutions.

CJC-1295 being the analog of GHRH stimulates the release of growth hormone in a pulsatile manner and raises IGF-1 levels [1]. In one study, researchers assessed the effect of CJC-195 in mice with the GHRH gene ablation. The test drug was administered at the interval of 24, 48 and 72h for weeks. The result found that mice who received daily doses exhibited normal body weight and length while mice treated every 48 and 72h showed an increase in body weight and length along with enhanced expression of GH mRNA [2].
CJC-1295 with a long half-life has a prolonged duration of action. A study was conducted to assess the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and safety profile of CJC-1295. The result found that subcutaneous administration of CJC-1295 caused an increase in levels of growth (2-3-fold for 6 days) and IGF-1 (1.5-3-fold for 9-11 days). Further, it was established that the dose under study (30 or 60ug/kg) was well tolerated [3].
CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of GHRG with modifications in the first 29 amino acids of the sequence. It was developed in an attempt to synthesize analog of GHRH with a longer half-life. There’s not much research done on the molecule. Because of its prolonged action, it has the potential to treat various disorders related to growth hormone deficiency. Despite being not approved by FDA, its use among females for youthful appearance has been noticed [4]. We don’t support its unwarranted clinical use. At Element SARMS, CJC-1295 no DAC purchase is restricted to educational and research purposes. Only buy CJC-1295 no DAC if you are a licensed researcher.
