We operate shipping on weekdays, Monday through Friday. For domestic orders, we utilize USPS, while international orders are shipped via FedEx or EMS. Any orders placed before 1:00pm EST for in-stock items will be dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00pm EST on business days will be shipped on the following business day.
Once you receive the tracking number, please allow some time for it to be processed within the USPS system.

For our domestic customers in the USA, we offer a free shipping option for orders over $200.00. Due to the elevated expenses associated with international shipping, this offer is exclusively available to our customers within the USA.
We regret to inform you that we do not offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses.
It is your responsibility to be informed about the import regulations governing your country. Please conduct thorough research on peptides and research chemicals to ascertain their legality for importation BEFORE placing an order. Once your order has left our premises, we cannot be held accountable for any customs delays. While most countries experience no issues, we provide this disclaimer as a precautionary measure.
In the unlikely event that your order is returned to us, and you wish to seek a refund, we will process it only upon receiving the returned goods. The refund will be calculated as follows: Total cost - shipping - 15% restocking fee, resulting in an 85% refund excluding shipping charges.
We furnish tracking information for all orders. We urge you to stay vigilant and monitor the progress of your order through the mail system.
We do not operate a reship policy. In the majority of countries, including the USA and Canada, peptides and research materials pose no problem if properly declared (which we adhere to). We assume that all clients are well-informed about their respective country's laws, making you responsible for addressing any customs-related matters.
Please ensure you are familiar with your country's import regulations before placing an order. The onus is on you. If customs does not return the products to us, we cannot process the 85% refund. If your order is denied entry into your country, we advise you to attempt to have it sent back to us, and we will refund you minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
